TPR Aero Systems, Inc. is an FAA 145 Repair Station located in the Santa Rosa County Industrial Park in Milton, Florida. We are a full-service precision machine and fabrication shop committed to providing superior products. In 2018, we achieved ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D certification.

Founded in 2002, TPR Aero Systems, Inc. (formerly Turbine Parts & Repair) specializes in precision machining, manufacturing, and turbine parts repair. Our founding principles are based on delivering the highest quality precision-machined products with the lowest tolerances, supported by unmatched process control and exceptional communication with our clients.

Leadership

Chuck Pyritz, Chief Operations Manager
Chuck Pyritz brings decades of engineering and manufacturing experience to TPR Aero Systems, Inc. Previously, Chuck worked with Westinghouse Electric Corp. for seventeen years in the Nuclear Component Division of the Power Generation Business Unit. During his tenure, he developed and maintained a robotic-controlled high-power CO₂ laser-welding and cutting system for manufacturing Combustion Turbine Stators for the 501D. He also pioneered robotic narrow groove welding techniques for remote repairs on Navy submarine reactor vessels and designed automated fuel cell wrapper loading systems for spent nuclear fuel.

After Westinghouse, Chuck joined Aero Met Corp, where he helped develop the first zero porosity near-net-shape part with titanium and designed the feed system for near-net shaping of titanium for the aerospace industry. Chuck’s dedication and numerous engineering and production innovations make him an invaluable asset to TPR Aero Systems, Inc. as we continue to grow.
